Cédric Royer
Founder, Principal GTM and Sales
Cédric has 20 years experience in scaling high growth businesses, and building high performance teams. He is a serial entrepreneur, and held senior leadership positions at NVIDIA and Indeed. He is deeply involved in mentoring and designing sales strategies for startups and scale ups. He is also the author of Jump.
Laura Clarambo
Principal Human Resources
Laura is a HR professional with extensive HR and talent acquisition experience in banking, healthcare & tech.
She is a CIPD Chartered member, has a MSc in Work & Organisational Behaviour and Advance Diploma in Personal and Leadership Coaching.
Amit Thakar
Principal - Product
Amit brings over 15 years of experience to Jump as our Principal Product. He has held senior leadership roles in Product and Engineering at NVIDIA, Semtech, Centro and most recently with Canada’s largest VC fund, Georgian Partners
